Role & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination—scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting onboarding documentation.
Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, updating HRMS, and managing leave/attendance tracking in alignment with policies.
Help organize and coordinate employee engagement events, internal communications, and wellness initiatives across in office locations.
Participate in policy implementation—drafting memos, collecting feedback, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations ( Shops & Establishments, PF, ESI, etc.).
Collaborate with department heads to collect performance data, prepare reports, and support mid-year/year-end review cycles.




Shadow HR leads in grievance handling, exit interviews, and basic HR analytics to build foundational exposure across HR verticals.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
HRMS (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, Keka, or similar)
Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data entry)
Recruitment coordination tools (e.g., Google Forms, Zoom,ATS platforms)
Knowledge of Indian labor laws (Shops Act, PF, ESI, Bonus Act)
Basic HR analytics & reporting
Communication & documentation (internal memos, SOPs)
Preferred
Experience with employee engagement platforms (e.g., Engage, Culture Amp)
Familiarity with payroll processing workflows
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or NISM HR)
