Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor cash flow and maintain financial records accurately.

Oversee billing, insurance claims reconciliation, and patient account management (for hospitals and clinics).

Prepare financial reports for management.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and healthcare regulations.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Supervise and mentor the accounts team.

Monitor costs and identify prospects for cost reduction.





Manage payroll processing and statutory compliance (such as PF, ESI, TDS, and GST, where applicable).

Maintain accounting software and ensure accurate financial data.

Work closely with procurement, operations, and clinical departments to control expenses.

Support strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications B.Com/ M.Com/ Diploma in Accounting/ CA ( Inter)

Having experience in handling the account of healthcare ( IPD, Diagnostic & OPD) Remuneration will not be a constraint for the deserving candidates.
