Job Title: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AEM Architect with 12+ years of overall IT experience and robust expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using AEM, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Define and drive AEM solution architecture for large-scale enterprise applications.
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager platforms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design reusable components, templates, workflows, and content structures.
Establish best practices, development standards,



and governance frameworks for AEM implementations.
Architect integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party applications.
Review code, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Support solution estimations, technical proposals, and architectural documentation.
Lead migration and modernization initiatives from legacy CMS platforms to AEM.
Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD, deployment automation, and cloud-native implementations.

12+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
