Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of graphic designers to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
Develop creative strategies and oversee the execution of design projects across digital and print platforms.
Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual communication across all deliverables.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content, video, and performance marketing to deliver integrated campaigns.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing,



or a related field.
Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, campaigns, and design expertise.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
Strong conceptual thinking, typography, and layout design skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
