Position: Production Manager – Adhesive Tape Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the adhesive tape manufacturing industry.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience specifically in adhesive tape manufacturing, with robust exposure in converting operations/ adhesive tape coating operations
Thorough knowledge and hands-on expertise in operating and managing:
Logging machines
Slitting machines
Slicing machines
Rewinding machines
Strong understanding of production processes, machine parameters, and quality control standards.
Ability to monitor and control quality parameters to ensure consistency and minimize defects.
Skilled in identifying production issues, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
Experience in training and supervising shop-floor manpower to improve efficiency and skill levels.
Robust focus on achieving production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage,



and oversee day-to-day production activities in the converting section.
Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum efficiency and minimal wastage.
Maintain strict control over quality parameters and process consistency.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Train, guide, and monitor operators to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor machine performance and ensure proper utilization of resources.

We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach who can drive productivity while maintaining consistent product quality.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
