Role & responsibilities
Understand and interpret interior design drawings, including layout plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and detailed working drawings.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and report updates, issues, and delays to the Senior Interior Designer or Project Manager.
Ensure materials delivered to the site match project specifications and are used appropriately.
Assist in planning work schedules and coordinating different trades to meet project timelines.
Identify and resolve in office execution issues by coordinating with the design and construction teams.
Perform regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
Coordinate with clients and consultants during site visits and communicate project updates professionally.
Ensure all interior finishing work is completed as per design intent, budget, and project deadlines.
