Position: Technical In-Charge – Adhesive Tape Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical In-Charge with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the adhesive tape manufacturing industry.

Key Requirements:
Solid technical expertise in adhesive tape manufacturing processes, specifically in coating and converting operations.
In-depth knowledge of coating machine processes, including process parameters, controls, and troubleshooting.
Practical experience in converting machinery, including:
Logging machines
Slitting machines
Slicing machines
Ability to monitor, control,train and optimize production processes and systems effectively.
Proven capability to analyze issues and implement process improvements after internal discussions and approvals.
Hands-on approach with a strong understanding of process control, quality consistency, and productivity improvement.
Prior experience specifically within the adhesive tape manufacturing industry is mandatory.





Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all technical aspects of coating and converting operations.
Ensure optimal machine performance, process control, and product quality.
Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

We are looking for a candidate with a solid technical foundation, problem-solving ability, and industry-specific experience who can take ownership of the manufacturing process and drive continuous improvement. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
