Explain treatment plans, procedures, perks, pricing, timelines, and aftercare instructions after doctor consultations.
Counsel clients effectively to improve treatment acceptance and convert consultations into bookings.
Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments, packages, skincare products, and maintenance plans through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain regular client follow-ups, build relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Manage client records, CRM updates, appointment schedules, and coordinate with doctors and clinic teams.
Achieve sales and service targets while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with clinic standards.
