We're Hiring: US Accountant / QuickBooks Bookkeeper

Location: Hyderabad, India — Onsite

We are seeking an experienced US Accountant / QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting US-based clients and managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities using QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities
Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities for US clients
Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare invoices and monitor collections
Maintain general ledger accounts and journal entries
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Maintain accurate supporting documentation and accounting records
Coordinate directly with US clients and internal stakeholders




Ensure compliance with established US accounting procedures and client requirements

Required Qualifications
Prior US accounting experience supporting US-based clients
Robust hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop
Solid understanding of bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, AP, AR, and reconciliations
Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
Positive written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be comfortable working the US shift
Must be available to work onsite from our Hyderabad office
