Role & responsibilities:
Responsible for execution of standardized Quality Management Systems at Site.
Responsible for Fixing of Parameters & conducting in office QC Testing for Civil Works & Construction Materials.
Responsible for Assisting Quality Inspections, Audits & ensuring compliance as per Standards.
Formulation & Implementation of project Quality Plan and maintaining records for proof and process improvement analysis.
Coordination with client and projects management specific team from client.
Implement the QA/QC management system.
Documentation, Preparation of quality plans according to the customer requirements.
Control all non-conformance customer complaints reports and undertake remedial action.
To handle Quality Control Laboratory and to implement quality plan at site and at RMC plants.
To follow up on site quality related issues and escalate to senior management when the closure of the corrective action is delayed.
To support HO Quality Engineer in maintaining documents/records and help to organize management review meetings and its actions follow up till the closure of the same.
To act in compliance with Company's value and quality policy.
