Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts &
Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries accurately.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts regularly.
Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Accounts Payable &
Receivable
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for collections.
Prepare payment schedules and maintain payment records.

GST &
Tax Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns on time.
Reconcile GST input and output tax credits.
Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.

Payroll Management
Process employee salaries, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Maintain attendance and payroll records.
Coordinate with HR regarding employee advantages and statutory compliance.

Inventory &
Costing
Monitor fabric, trims, accessories, and finished goods inventory records.
Reconcile stock records with physical inventory.
Assist in garment costing and cost analysis.
Track production-related expenses and material consumption.

Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Generate MIS reports for management review.




Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Support internal and external audits.

Documentation &
Compliance
Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, purchase orders, and financial documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Knowledge of Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, or other accounting software.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

Preferred Experience
2–5 years of accounting experience in a garment, textile, or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of garment costing, inventory management, and production accounting.
