Role & responsibilities
Handling Purchase for all the allotted items.
Vendor Development for the allotted items.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable manufacturers and suppliers for epoxy resin casting items, bushings, spouts, CTs, and PTs.
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to store on time.
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents.
Monitor supplier performance, in-house inventory.
Floating of Inquiries.
Negotiation with Vendors based on requisitions.
Maintaining of Vendor Registration Formats.
Scrutinize the Inquiry to vendor according to the requirement.
Receiving Costing/Offers for the inquiries.
Clearing outstanding materials by continuous follow up on outstanding materials.
Seek Technical as well as Commercial clarifications from vendors/User.
