We are hiring an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and grow our AWIN affiliate program for a leading US-based fashion e-commerce brand.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing affiliate partnerships, recruiting publishers, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue through affiliate marketing. Experience working with international fashion, apparel, or e-commerce brands is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the affiliate program using AWIN .
Recruit, onboard, and build relationships with quality affiliates, publishers, influencers, coupon sites, loyalty partners, and content creators.
Identify recent affiliate partnership opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize revenue and ROI.
Negotiate commission structures, exclusive promotions, and partnership opportunities.
Track affiliate sales, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Monitor and prevent fraudulent or low-quality affiliate activity.
Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends and competitor strategies.





Requirements
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
Robust hands-on experience with AWIN (Mandatory).
Experience working with international fashion, apparel, or e-commerce brands .
Proven success in growing affiliate revenue and recruiting quality affiliate partners.
Solid analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing campaign performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience working with US or other international brands is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Shopify experience.
Knowledge of affiliate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
Experience working with influencers and content publishers.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance reporting.
