Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Masaurhi, Patna, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as lesson planning and documentation.

The Assistant

Teacher will support teaching and learning in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Hindi, working closely with lead teachers to deliver lessons, clarify concepts, and assist students individually and in small groups. The role also includes responsibilities as Activity Incharge, such as planning and coordinating academic and co-curricular activities, supervising events, and encouraging student participation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing teaching materials,



helping maintain classroom discipline, supporting assessments and record-keeping, communicating with students and guardians when needed, and collaborating with staff to create an engaging and safe learning workplace.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Assistant Teaching and Education skills, with the ability to support lesson delivery and classroom management.
Candidates should possess solid subject knowledge in Mathematics and Chemistry, and the ability to assist with Hindi instruction.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Working With Children skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to engage learners of different levels.
Relevant academic qualifications in Education or subject-specific fields (e.g., B.Ed., B.Sc. in Chemistry/Mathematics, B.A. in Hindi or equivalent) are preferred.
Organizational and time management skills, especially for planning and coordinating school activities and events.
Basic computer literacy for maintaining records, preparing digital learning materials, and communicating with staff and guardians.
Prior experience in school teaching or assisting in a classroom setting is an advantage.
