We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Intern to assist our finance department with daily operational tasks, ledger management, and financial record-keeping. This role provides direct exposure to commercial accounting workflows, financial documentation, and budget tracking within a rapid-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining daily books of accounts and processing day-to-day transactions.
Support the finance team in reconciling bank statements, invoices, and expense reports.
Organize, scan, and file digital and physical financial records systematically.
Assist in preparing data for monthly financial reports and basic tax compliance documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to verify billing details and expense submissions.
Qualifications & Skills
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Solid foundational understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel (Spreadsheets) and familiarity with up-to-date accounting software such as Quickbooks online is a plus.
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and absolute data confidentiality.
