Position: Assistant Manager – Operations (Banking Collections) Key Requirements:
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Banking Collections/BFSI Collections.
At least 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader handling collections operations.
Robust knowledge of collections strategies, delinquency management, recovery processes, and team performance management.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to drive KPIs including Collections, Productivity, Quality, Compliance, and Customer Experience.
Graduation is mandatory.
