We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This position is open to both freshers and experienced individuals. As a member of our ground staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring smooth operations at the airport.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules,
delays, and other relevant information - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and boarding procedures - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations -
Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist with the boarding process and provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs
Keep the airport terminal and surrounding areas clean and organized - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
