Job Title: Accounts Executive Department: Accounts & Finance Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Sector 90, Noida. Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring smooth financial processes. Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries and update financial records.

Handle sales and purchase invoices, vouchers, and ledger accounts. Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation activities. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Assist in GST, taxation, and compliance-related activities.

Prepare MIS reports and support monthly financial closing. Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.



Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for account-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance. Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel. Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting procedures.

Positive analytical skills with attention to detail. Solid time management and organizational skills.
