We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records for our heavy machinery trading and rental business. The role involves handling invoicing, receipts, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, GST/compliance support, fixed asset records, and accurate reporting for management.

Key responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts for trading and rental operations.
Prepare sales invoices, rental invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
Track accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Reconcile bank statements, cash, and ledger balances regularly.
Maintain fixed asset records for machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
Support preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and reports.
Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up for collections.
Coordinate with operations and office teams for billing and expense recording.
Assist auditors, tax consultants,



and management with required financial data.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices, vouchers, and accounts records.

Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
Experience in trading, rental, construction, or machinery-related business is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
