Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Urbanrise is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role supports day-to-day project and operations management, including coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.

The Assistant

Manager monitors project progress, prepares reports and documentation, and helps resolve operational issues to maintain smooth workflow.

Responsibilities also include assisting with customer interactions,



supporting sales or site activities as needed, and contributing to process improvements and risk management practices aligned with Urbanrise’s business objectives.

Qualifications
Solid project coordination and operations management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team-oriented teamwork and skilled client interaction.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with reporting, documentation, and data tracking.
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field is desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
