Position: Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations

Location: Nashik – MIDC Satpur

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory & Dispatch).
Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.
Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, and customer SLAs.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with transporters, customers, and internal teams.
Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
Drive process improvements and cost optimization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in Logistics preferred).
5–8 years of warehouse operations experience.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of WMS/ERP and MS Excel.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nashik, Maharashtra
