Role Description The Agentic AI Developer will design, build, and maintain AI systems that support and enhance immigration consulting processes and client services. This full time, on-site role based in Abroad involves developing intelligent agents and tools to automate document handling, pattern recognition in applications, and decision-support workflows.

The role includes implementing and optimizing models in areas such as natural language understanding, knowledge retrieval, and client interaction automation, while collaborating with consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The developer will be responsible for writing clean, scalable code, integrating AI components with existing software systems, monitoring performance, and iterating on models based on feedback and data. The position also includes researching emerging AI techniques and ensuring compliance, security, and robustness of deployed solutions.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and system integration.




Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for building and tuning machine learning models.
Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) for text analysis, conversational agents, and document understanding.
Proficiency in contemporary programming languages (such as Python, Java, or C++) and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Ability to design agentic AI architectures that support workflow automation, reasoning, and decision support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and focus on reliability and security.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience working with production-grade AI systems, APIs, and cloud platforms is highly beneficial.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders in an immigration services setting.
