Design the overall infrastructure, platforms, and technical standards for AI projects, choosing appropriate tools and ensuring smooth, integrated data flows.
Ensures AI systems are fair, transparent, and unbiased. Establish ethical guidelines, perform impact assessments, and address legal/societal implications.
Lead and manage the AI research and development team.
Develop and implement AI strategies that support business objectives.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
Monitor and analyze AI trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology.
Ensure scalability and efficiency in AI model deployment.
Mentor team members and foster a cooperative working setting.

Algorithm Development: Creating algorithms for machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.
Data Management: Cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing data.
Model Training & Evaluation: Training, testing,



and refining models to improve accuracy.
Deployment: Integrating AI models into production environments.
Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals.

SQL - Postgres, Redshift, SQL Server.
NoSQL - MongoDB, DynamoDB.
