Role & Responsibilities:
Act as the technical expert for testing machines across assigned regions, providing in office and remote support to customers.
Plan, execute, and document field trials, demos, and installation/servicing at customer sites in line with global SOPs and quality standards.
Deliver product demonstrations, technical walkthroughs, and trainings for end-users.
Work closely with sales and engineering teams to map customer requirements, tailor solutions, and define transparent value propositions.
Handle installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance
Respond proactively to customer technical queries, issue escalations, and site challenges, ensuring high service SLAs and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and communicate technical issues during contract implementation,



ensuring timely closure and proper documentation.
Collect and analyze local market demand, identify recent use cases, and propose product or solution strategies to increase adoption.
Customer engagement, client training, and travel readiness.
Embedded Test systems and automation solutions across tube/pipe ,automobile component industrial applications.
Solution mapping, value-based communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
