This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll build production-ready AI applications, mentor engineering teams, and drive the adoption of up-to-date AI technologies across the organization.

Required Skills •7+ years of experience in AI/ML or Software Engineering with technical leadership experience.
•Robust hands-on expertise in Python and PyTorch.
•Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery).
•Hands-on implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
•Experience with LangGraph and AI Agent frameworks.
•Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP).
•Experience building and deploying AI/ML products in production environments.
•Solid understanding of MLOps, Git, Docker, CI/CD, REST APIs, and microservices.
