Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team as an Assistant Manager. The role involves managing accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, taxation, audits, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances and filings.
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow,



working capital, and fund management.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and general ledger balances.
Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Liaise with banks, consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Identify prospects for process improvements and automation within finance operations.
Mentor and guide junior finance team members.

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified (Mandatory).

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and financial reporting.
Knowledge in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
Knowledge in statutory and internal audits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
