We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are interested in agriculture, dairy farming, and field coordination to work closely with farmers and support farming operations.

Key Responsibilities
Visit cattle farms and dairy farmers regularly
Conduct regular field visits to build trust and expand the farmer network.
Educate farmers on company processes and quality standards.
Conduct morning field visits (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM) to interact with farmers
Support Farming Executive and Veterinary teams during farm visits
Collect field data and farming insights
Maintain basic records and field reports

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with farmers and rural stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of agriculture, dairy farming, or livestock.




Valuable planning and organizational skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently in the field

Eligibility
Any Bachelor’s Degree

Highly Preferable: (Agriculture / Veterinary / Dairy Science / Agri-related courses)
Interest in cattle farming or dairy farming
Local candidates (Erode & nearby areas) preferred
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license required

Experience
0 – 3 years experience
Freshers are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
