Position: Application Support Engineer
Job Shift: Night shift
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Education: BE/Btech/BCA/Bsc IT/MCA
Job Location: -Navi Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Second level Technical Support to the clients in the USA.
Troubleshoot application errors and provide resolution to clients.
Troubleshoot issues/queries raised by operational teams related to application, find the root cause and provide findings to QC/Development.
Manage issue resolution by providing solutions from a remote location or by accessing the users desktop.
Record escalation from client and notify Development and QC team with detailed analysis.
RCA documentation and Issue resolution documentation.
Excellent communication skills, should be able to talk and text on chatbot with US clients.
Having hands-on experience in C coding or macro coding is preferred.
