Requirements
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment - Customer service experience is a plus - Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers with check-in,
baggage handling,
and boarding procedures - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner -
