Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage RTO/RTV activities and ensure timely processing and closure.
Prepare, verify, and process invoices as required.
Conduct monthly physical stock audits and reconcile inventory with system records.
Perform stock, inventory, and logistics reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
Monitor plant operating expenses and identify cost-saving prospects, including logistics, manpower overtime, and procurement costs.
Track and control logistics and transportation expenses to improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with the Operations team to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock variances.
Prepare operational MIS reports and cost analysis to support management in decision-making.
Cost of Ghee production.
