Responsibilities
Support Assembly line activities
Supervise assembly line & maintain Quality
Responsible for Quality Inspection & Clearance
Production planning & Work scheduling
Ensure delivery goals are met as per plan
Support current product introduction
Responsible for maintenance of Tools & Fixtures
Handle global communication
Responsible for KPI collection, tracking / analysis and presenting dashboards within department
Guide assembly team in understanding of drawings & Work instructions
Responsible to implement Lean & 5s methodology
Corrective actions / mistake proofing
Organizing and conducting current operator training
Requirements
Education - Diploma/BTech in Mechanical/mechatronics from reputed institutions
Experience - 1 to 2 years of experience
Skills -
Understand the metrology instruments with measurement process
Keen to learn in Core Metrology
Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
