Job Title: Assembly Executive

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Job Summary:

The Assembly Executive is responsible for assembling products or components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. They ensure timely production while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products and components according to specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Inspect parts before and after assembly to ensure quality standards are met.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process deviations.
Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area (5S).
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to resolve issues.
Meet daily production targets while ensuring product quality.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.





Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing (freshers may be considered for junior roles).
Knowledge of assembly processes, quality standards, and manufacturing practices.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
Basic computer skills (MS Office/ERP knowledge is an advantage).

This can be customized for industries such as automotive, electronics, electrical equipment, aerospace, or general manufacturing. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
