Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting entries, reconciliations, GST, TDS, bank transactions, and Tally Prime while ensuring accuracy in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing.
Pass accounting entries in Tally Prime, including Purchase, Sales, Bank, Expense, Journal, and Contra entries.
Record TDS entries with the correct sections and rates.
Post GST transactions (Input & Output) and maintain supporting records.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Handle vendor, customer, inter-company, and 26AS reconciliations.
Prepare and file Skilled Tax (PT) returns.




Process online payments through banking portals.
Maintain ledgers, vouchers, bills, and accounting records.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment and reconciliation-related queries.
Support month-end/year-end closing activities and statutory/internal audits.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and Bank Reconciliation.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

Eligibility
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent Commerce qualification.
1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
Candidates with strong accounting fundamentals and practical exposure to Tally Prime will be preferred.
