We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries accurately.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Assist in GST compliance, including maintaining records and supporting return filings.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for billing, inventory, and payment-related matters.
Assist during month-end and year-end closing activities.




Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail, trading, or FMCG.
Freshers with robust accounting knowledge and relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Understanding of GST and basic taxation.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and retail operations will be an added advantage.
