Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, assembly drawings, and PCB documentation.
Hands-on experience in PCB assembly, soldering, and rework of SMT and through-hole components.
Solid knowledge of electronic components, including identification, specifications, and polarity.
Excellent soldering, desoldering, and troubleshooting skills using industry-standard tools and equipment.
Expertise in IPC Class 3 PCBA assembly and rework for high-reliability electronic products.
Experience with fine-pitch components such as QFN, QFP, BGA, and CSP packages is an advantage.
Familiarity with ESD-safe handling practices and quality standards.
Ability to inspect solder joints under a microscope and ensure compliance with IPC workmanship standards.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality assemblies.
Positive problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
