Ericsson is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Field Services Specialist. This role is integral to our operational infrastructure, aiding in the coordination, management, and execution of in office field service activities. You will support other service functions, ensuring services are consistently available, meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards, and conform to Project OHS requirements.

Responsibilities
Execute corrective maintenance while ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the work area.
Prepare and implement site-specific risk assessments.
Manage on-site landlord interactions, site setting, and maintenance, including 3PP reporting.
Conduct thorough site information management, promptly reporting OHS incidents and near misses.
Supervise third-party on-site activities, intervening unsafe behavior,



and maintaining a secure environment at all times.
Coordinate and enforce in office planned maintenance schedules, manage site security instructions, and escalate site security incidents.
