Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and deliver English language and literature classes effectively.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, communication skills, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Evaluate students through tests, assignments, presentations, and examinations.
Provide guidance and support to improve students’ language proficiency.
Encourage active participation in classroom discussions and activities.
Maintain attendance, internal marks, and academic records of students.
Conduct remedial classes for slow learners when required.
Assist in organizing seminars, debates, literary events, and language clubs.
Use contemporary teaching methods and educational technology in the classroom.




Mentor students for academic and personal development.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and institutional activities.
Support placement and communication training programs if assigned.
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Engage in continuous career development and update subject knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
