Solid knowledge of Capital Markets (Mandatory)
Experience in Investment Accounting and Asset Management operations
Good understanding of financial products such as Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, MBS, ABS, and Structured Products
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in the BFSI/Investment Banking/Asset Management domain Positive to Have - Experience with Eagle Accounting platform
Exposure to accounting platforms such as SunGard or similar investment accounting tools
Knowledge of application releases, upgrades, testing, or change management




Experience with JIRA, defect tracking, reconciliations, and governance activities Key Responsibilities - Support investment and fund accounting processes across Asset & Wealth Management.
Coordinate with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver accounting platform enhancements and releases.
Analyze accounting data, reconciliations, financial reporting, and operational issues.
Manage project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure robust governance, documentation, audit readiness, and process compliance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support accounting application changes and business initiatives.
