Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our team as the MES, Gen AI,CMMS ,S4 HANA Plant Maintenance Chief Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant maintenance within our organization, utilizing the S4 HANA platform to streamline processes and increase efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module & CMMS, engineering principles, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

The CMMS or SAP Plant Maintenance Engineering Super User will be responsible for driving plant maintenance excellence, optimizing SAP systems, and ensuring alignment with engineering principles.

Role & responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for CMMS & SAP-related maintenance engineering initiatives within the CDMO pharmaceutical business context.
Lead or assist in the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of CMMS ,SAP PM module & MES to support maintenance engineering goals and enhance equipment reliability.
Maintain skills in CMMS or SAP S4 HANA plant Maintenance applications process - work order, Inventory, Asset , PM /SM and calibration management with design and configuration; SAP application design,



development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical .
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including maintenance, engineering, production, and IT to gather requirements, define processes, and customize SAP solutions to align with CDMO pharmaceutical maintenance engineering needs
Identify and assess prospects for manufacturing digitalizationsuch as CMMS, MES, EMS, and OT integrationand develop a strategic rollout plan that includes readiness evaluation, solution selection, implementation, and change management.
Provide end-user training and support on SAP systems and maintenance engineering best practices, ensuring effective adoption and utilization across the organization.••Collaborate with IT and external consultants to resolve technical issues, implement system enhancements, and ensure the smooth operation of SAP system.
Utilize data analytics and predictive maintenance tools to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.••Experience in managing program finances independently & sets priorities to deliver to plans/budget and resolve day-to-day program.
