We are looking for an experienced AI Data Annotation Project Manager to lead and manage data annotation and AI training data projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering high-quality annotation projects on time while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end AI data annotation and labeling projects.
Coordinate with annotation teams, quality analysts, and clients.
Plan project timelines, resource allocation, and daily operations.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain annotation quality standards and project accuracy.
Conduct quality reviews and implement process improvements.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Resolve operational issues and manage project risks.
Train and guide annotation teams on project guidelines and best practices.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and data confidentiality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Robust understanding of annotation workflows and quality management.
Experience with AI/ML training data projects.
Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, project management tools, and annotation platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of image, video, text, audio, and LLM annotation.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes and productivity tracking.
Experience working with international clients and remote teams.
