Qualification: MBA / MCom
Experience: minimum 3 - 5 years of experience
Role & responsibilities:
Course delivery planning, Teaching & mentoring students
Coordination of Academic, Cocurricular & Extracurricular events.
Involvement in Research publications, Patents, Grants, Consultancy
Participation in FDPs, workshops, seminars preferred.
Skills:
Ability to plan and deliver lectures effectively (theory + lab)
Curriculum and lesson planning in line with university standards
Leadership skills & positive communication
Conducting assessments, evaluations, and feedback sessions
