We're building our sales team and looking for someone who can grow our business across the city — opening new shops and building solid relationships with retailers.

What you'll do Own and handle sales in your assigned region - to shops, supermarkets and regional chains Open current retail outlets and get regular repeat orders from existing ones Meet your monthly sales and shop-visit targets Make sure products are always available and well-displayed Take up HoReCa, canteen, gifting and bulk-order opportunities when they come Share market and competitor updates with the team Build valuable,



lasting relationships with shopkeepers What we're looking for 1–3 years' experience in FMCG or food sales Good knowledge of the local Madurai market Someone who can both open new shops and grow existing ones Comfortable working on the field all day Own a two-wheeler and ready to travel locally Fluent in Tamil & basic English Confident, people-friendly, and focused on results What you get Fixed salary monthly incentives Travel and fuel paid separately An early-team role with a clear path to become a Sales Manager as we grow A chance to build something from the start with a brand that stands for real, clean food
