Role overview The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce administration while fostering a positive and high-performing work workplace.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
Conduct background verification and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth integration of current employees into the organization.
Act as the primary contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support employee engagement initiatives and retention efforts.
Guide employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Maintain HRIS, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Generate HR reports and maintain documentation.
Manage employee data confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to statutory and organizational compliance requirements.
Manage employee separation and exit formalities.
Coordinate final settlements and clearance processes.
Support office administration,
vendor management, and facility coordination.
Assist in budget tracking and HR operational activities.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor s or master s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
Solid knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media sourcing.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) are an added advantage.
