Role & responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding available courses, career prospects, and training programs.
Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-in visits.
Understand students' educational background and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.
Explain course curriculum, training methodology, certifications, fees, offers, and placement assistance.
Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.

Assist students with the admission process, documentation, and fee payment.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Resolve student queries promptly and professionally.
Conduct outbound calls to generated leads from digital marketing campaigns.




Participate in educational events, seminars, workshops, and admission drives.
Collect student feedback and support continuous improvement of the admission process.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for management.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a high student satisfaction level.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
03 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, telecalling, customer support, or sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
