Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Record purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries accurately. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

Generate GST reports and support statutory compliance. Assist with TDS, payroll coordination, and monthly financial closing. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and documentation.

Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–3+ years of accounting experience (startup or SME experience is an advantage). Working knowledge of accounting principles and GST.

Experience using accounting software such as Zoho Books , Tally, or similar ERP systems.



Positive proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Solid attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Self-driven, responsible, and eager to learn.
