What you will do
Guide families from first enquiry, through campus visit, to a confident decision
Lead campus tours that tell our story honestly and memorably
Own your pipeline: follow up thoughtfully, never pushily, and turn genuine interest into enrolment
Hear the real hesitation behind a family’s first objection — and answer it with substance,



not scripts
Work closely with leadership on what is converting and what is not

You will thrive here if you
Communicate beautifully in Telugu, Hindi and English
Have 2+ years in a relationship-driven, considered-purchase setting — education, premium services, healthcare, or real estate
Listen far more than you pitch
Stay organised across dozens of live family conversations without letting one slip
Are comfortable with numbers and a CRM — we watch our funnel closely
Believe children deserve more than a coaching mill
