Job Responsibilities:
Deliver training on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Analytical Skills.
Conduct interactive classroom sessions and mock tests.
Prepare training materials, practice exercises, and assessments.
Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
Teach effective problem-solving techniques and time management strategies.
Address participant queries and provide individual guidance.
Customize training sessions based on participant needs.
Maintain attendance and submit training reports after each assignment.
Requirements:
experience as an Aptitude Trainer or in delivering placement/corporate training.
Solid knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct engaging offline training sessions.
Must be available to conduct training in Bangalore.
