Role Description The Accountant role at Homenheart is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and maintenance of financial records.

The Accountant will prepare and review invoices, monitor accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and support monthly and annual closing activities. This role will also assist with budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and coordination with internal teams and external auditors. The Accountant is expected to ensure accuracy, adherence to relevant regulations, and timely completion of all financial tasks.





Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency with accounting software (such as Tally, ZohoBooks, or similar tools) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger postings with high attention to detail.
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and tax-related documentation and compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a quick-paced on-site environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certification (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Prior experience in an accounting role within a small to mid-sized business or design/real estate sector is preferred.
