Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agentic AI systems, and will be comfortable building production-ready AI applications using up-to-date frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs
Build and optimize RAG pipelines integrating vector databases and external knowledge sources
Develop applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks
Implement agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows and tool-using agents
Work with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar standards for model/tool interaction
Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance for real-world use cases
Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into products
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-driven systems
Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs,



and AI tooling

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of skilled experience in AI/ML or Generative AI
Strong understanding of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
Hands-on experience with RAG architectures
Proficiency with LangChain (or similar frameworks)
Experience building agentic AI systems and workflows
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or comparable model-tool integration approaches
Solid programming skills in Python
Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
Understanding of embeddings, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques
Experience deploying AI services using APIs, cloud platforms, or containers

Good to Have:
Experience with fine-tuning or training LLMs
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Exposure to MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning)
Experience working with multimodal models (text, image, audio)
Familiarity with open-source GenAI ecosystems
