Ambak Fintech is looking for motivated and customer-focused Loan Advisors to help customers secure the right Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP). In this role, you will understand customers' financial requirements, recommend suitable loan solutions, collect and verify documents, and coordinate with banks and customers to ensure smooth and timely loan processing. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their loan requirements. Recommend suitable Home Loan/LAP products based on customer profiles. Collect and verify loan application documents. Coordinate with banks and customers for seamless loan processing. Guide customers regarding documentation, KYC, loan process, and turnaround time (TAT). Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards. Build solid customer relationships to improve conversions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1–5 years of experience in Home Loan/LAP Sales (Bank, NBFC, or Fintech). Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
